Mega Fire Blaze Roulette Live is a cracking live dealer game produced by Playtech. It started as a popular RNG game but has been given the “live” treatment by the live casino team.
Mega Fire Blaze Live Roulette is a live casino roulette game based on the rules of European Roulette, with the addition of a bonus round that is triggered when the roulette ball lands on a fire number.
The bonus round pays up to 10,000x for your bet. The maximum possible payout is £€500.000.
The game is like Quantum Roulette or Lightning Roulette but on steroids and, in my opinion, smashes those two games for the following reasons:
The Bonus Round uses dropping multiplier orbs and has three additional Jackpot levels that can supersize the final multiplier.
Mega Fire Blaze Roulette is fun, entertaining, and, dare I say it, the most enjoyable Live Dealer Roulette game with multipliers I’ve played.
In this review, I’ll explain how to play Mega Fire Blaze Roulette live, demonstrate some of the different playing strategies you can use, and recommend some good casinos where you can play.
By the end, you’ll understand what you should and shouldn’t do when playing Playtech Mega Fire Blaze Live Roulette.
Before you play Mega Fire Blaze Roulette, there are a few things that you should understand before you start placing your bets on the baize.
The game follows this simple flow:
The game round starts with placing your bets on the roulette betting grid. Remember, Inside Bets qualifies for the bonus round.
Once betting time has closed, up to 5 random numbers (10 when a Fire Blast Event occurs) are selected as Fire Numbers. The bonus round starts if the roulette ball lands on one of these.
The Fire Blast round randomly triggers when the Fire numbers get chosen on the betting grid. Ten numbers get selected, which increases the chances of hitting a fire number on that spin to almost 3 in 1.
The bonus round contains a grid of 3 rows and 12 columns, divided into six sections.
Each section has a multiplier allocated (2, 3 or 5x) or given an unknown Jackpot value.
There are 4 Jackpot multipliers, Grand – 2000x, Major – 500x, Minor – 100x, and Mini – 20x.
Multiplier Orbs (with random values of 1,2,3,4,5,10,15 or 50x) then cascade down into the grid.
As each one sticks, the multiplier adds to the total.
A total of three cascades occur.
If none of the orbs sticks in the grid, the count goes down by one.
If at least one orb sticks, the count resets back to three.
The bonus round ends when the count is Zero or the grid is complete.
There are 4 Jackpot multipliers, Grand – 2000x, Major – 500x, Minor – 100x, and Mini – 20x.
Once the cascades are complete, the following occurs:
I will describe the Inside Bets as they qualify for the Mega Fire Blaze Roulette Bonus Round.
When playing this game, your main objective is to ensure you are betting on a qualifying Fire Number. The difficulty is that you don’t know which number it will be, so you must cover as many numbers on the betting grid as possible.
These are the standard inside bets you can make on the betting grid. You’ll probably play a combination of these to get the best coverage.
Straight Up Bet –You cover one number on the roulette wheel with one bet amount. There are 37 Numbers to cover, so you’ll need to place 37 bets to cover all numbers.
Split Bet – You cover two numbers with one bet. You’ll need to place 19 bets to cover all the numbers on the wheel (18 Split bets and one straight up for Zero).
Street Bet – This bet covers three numbers across the betting grid. There are 12 rows, so 13 individual bets are needed to cover all numbers (twelve street bets plus one covering Zero).
Corner/Basket bet – this bet sits at the intersection of 4 numbers, called the corner. Nine chips will cover all numbers (eight corners and one zero).
Line Bet – this covers 12 numbers, so four individual bets are needed to cover all the numbers on the wheel. (three Line Bets and one Straight Up which covers Zero).
Section Bets/French Bets can cover areas of the wheel. These use a mixture of inside bets. If used individually, they will give less coverage of the wheel. You can use the Racetrack to place the popular bets of Voisins, Tiers, and Orphelins.
A final alternative is to use the neighbours’ bet, which will cover almost half of the wheel if nine neighbours are selected.
As I mentioned, the reduced payouts for inside bets pay for the mega Fire Blaze Bonus Round.
The table shows the payouts you can expect compared to the standard European roulette payouts.
I have shown the Quantum Roulette payouts for completeness, so you can see how this game differs.
Bet Type | Mega Fire Blaze Payout (Bonus) | Standard Payout | Quantum Roulette |
---|---|---|---|
Straight-Up | 29:1 (9999:1) | 36:1 | 29:1 (499:1) |
Split-Bet | 14:1 (4999:1) | 17:1 | 17:1 |
Street Bet | 9:1 (3332:1) | 11:1 | 11:1 |
Corner bet | 6.5:1 (2499:1) | 8:1 | 8:1 |
Line Bet | 4:1 (1665:1) | 5:1 | 5:1 |
Column | 2:1 | 2:1 | 2:1 |
Red/Black | 1:1 | 1:1 | 1:1 |
Odd/Even | 1:1 | 1:1 | 1:1 |
1-18/19-36 | 1:1 | 1:1 | 1:1 |
I need to say these strategies do not guarantee you’ll make loads of money playing Mega Fire Blaze Roulette. No system can deliver that.
What these Mega Fire Blaze Roulette strategies will do is:
Normal Roulette Strategies, like Martingale, Fibonacci, and D’Alembert, should only be used when playing a standard roulette game.
Don’t try to use them on Mega Fire Blaze, as they won’t help you get into the Bonus Round, which is the main aim of this game.
We can use statistics to see how the game plays and how frequently the bonus round occurs.
The results showed the last 500 game rounds when the Bonus rounds occurred and the payout multiplier.
The main statistics also detail the number of bonus rounds during the last 500 results. Typically this is between 45 to 50, averaging one bonus round in every 10 or 11 spins.
Note: on multiplier values – to set some expectations, I see the multipliers being between 70x to 280x on average.
We can use this info to help decide on the probability of when the next may occur.
Let’s now look at some betting strategies.
You cannot use Bet All Strategies on Mega Fire Blaze Roulette. Opposite Betting, as it’s called, is restricted; you won’t be able to place bets that cover every number on the wheel.
Summary: Use section bets to cover parts of the wheel with Straight up and Split Bets. Uses fewer chips and maintains bankroll longer—no guarantee of getting the Bonus Round.
This strategy can be effective if you don’t want to cover the entire wheel.
You can cover a section and hope some fire numbers appear in the area.
I like this strategy, as you’re betting less and still in with a chance. It doesn’t guarantee a Bonus round but will preserve your bankroll for longer.
Typically I use the Racetrack, look at the dispersal statistics, work out the sections that are Hot/Cold, and pick one to bet. You’ll get a selection of Straight up and Split Bets doing this, mixing things up a bit.
That is the one thousand-dollar question!
I would say it’s the one that gives you the most enjoyment for your playtime.
I choose a strategy to ensure I have enough playtime while giving me some risk and delivering that edge.
So, the best strategy for me is one that guarantees I will turn over my bankroll and gives me the chance to enter the bonus round when it happens.
I choose a Section of the Wheel bet, using the section that the stats show is underperforming.
I like to use the BetBuilder tool to create two or three different bet patterns. This allows me to take my time because I don’t have to place a bet to save it.
I’d create a selection of Section bet layouts.
Save them, and then call back the one you want.
Autoplay is a must when playing, ensuring you never miss a spin and an opportunity to get in the bonus round.
I like to set mine up for 25 Spins, which will take about 25 minutes.
So if you don’t want to spend all your time watching or need to nip off to the loo, you can, in the knowledge you’ll not miss any of the action.
This question is excellent and one I’d like to answer.
I don’t work for Playtech or other live casino suppliers.
I have visited the location of this game in Playtechs Riga studio. I’ve seen it up close, and I understand the processes required to bring a game like this to the playing population.
Most conspiracy theorists who make fixing claims are usually players who have lost and feel bad about the situation or offer no physical evidence but like to complain.
I can tell you that what you see on screen is real.
The Wheels are made by TCS John Huxley or Cammegh, leading Roulette wheel manufacturers worldwide.
Spins get monitored, but that is to ensure the game is fair for everyone and no one can take advantage of a wheel that is out of balance or a presenter who has a particular signature when spinning.
The games’ monitoring is thorough and real-time, while all games have been checked and tested by an independent 3rd party.
The fact that thousands of players are playing simultaneously, covering all numbers and combinations on the wheel, makes it not even worth doing. The inbuilt RTP gives the house its edge and profit already.
The casinos use the games which Playtech supplies. There is an air gap between Playtech and the operator (Casino), so either would be able to spot manipulation of the game.
That’s why I believe the game is fair!
The worst thing is not being on one of the fire numbers when the roulette ball lands in the pocket. You must use a betting strategy that ensures you never miss a bonus round again.
You can use many strategies to play Mega Fire Blaze Live Roulette. I’ve documented a few Mega Fire Blaze Roulette Strategies that explain the optimum play method.
Without a doubt, Mega Fire Blaze Roulette Live is better because the max multiplier win is 10,000 x rather than 500x. All inside bets qualify for the Bonus round when only the Straight Up bet qualifies on other multiplier games.
The main difference is the max multipliers, 10,000x rather than 500x. All inside bets qualify for the bonus round, whereas only Straight Up bets quality on Lightning, Quantum, and Mega Roulette.
My go-to online casino has to be Playojo. They have the best promotions, deposit limits, and Bonuses, plus payments are quick when you win!
The RTP is 97.30%, the same as standard European Roulette.
Payouts range from 29:1 for a straight-up number to 1:1. Even money for an outside bet. The maximum Multiplier is 10,000x in the bonus round for a straight-up bet. The maximum amount paid was £€500,000.
You can play at any Playtech Live dealer casino online. The game is in the Live Roulette Lobby on Playtech Live Casino and listed under Live Game Shows.
Mega Fire Blaze Live Roulette has taken live dealer roulette with multipliers to the next level.
This game allows all players using inside bets to participate in the bonus round qualification. Before, you could only make qualification bets on straight-up bets.
The bonus round uses a raining Orbs feature, which we’ve seen in the best online and land-based slots, to populate the prize grid with multipliers.
Adding four jackpot multipliers adds extra excitement to see the total multiplier at the end of the game round.
This game is a true winner in my book – and that’s from someone who didn’t like Lighting Roulette when it first came out!

Playtech also has Mega Fire Blaze Blackjack, which uses the same Bonus mechanic as the roulette game. It pays up to 1000x!
